Ludvig Lindqvist (CEO)

Ludvig Lindqvist is an experienced leader and project manager with over two decades in the technology and energy sectors. He has a background in telecom, rail, and energy, where he has led complex system integration and development projects in more than 45 countries.

With a combination of strong analytical capability, technical expertise, and pronounced leadership skills, he has worked across everything from product and business development to architecture, requirements analysis, and training.

With a genuine interest in how data can be transformed into insight and business value, he is passionate about building bridges between technology, business, and people.

Pär Olsson (CTO)

Pär Olsson is a technical visionary and experienced development leader with over two decades in the IT industry. As CTO and co-founder of Disecta, he is responsible for the technical strategy and product development behind the company’s AI and data platform.

With a background as CTO at Props Utility Solutions and senior roles at companies such as IconMedialab, Flexion Mobile, and Basset, Pär brings extensive experience in system architecture, product development, and scalable SaaS solutions.

He combines deep technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset and a clear focus on turning complex technology into real business value.

Håkan Klintell (Founder)

Håkan Klintell is an entrepreneur, investor, and business executive with over three decades of experience building, leading, and developing international companies. He has founded and led successful businesses in the telecom, energy, and software industries, including Basset Telecom Solutions, Spruce Technology Group, Props Utility Solutions, and Disecta.

With a unique combination of strategic vision and operational expertise, Håkan has established himself as a driving force in efficiency, SaaS, and business development.

As founder and senior advisor at Disecta, he continues to support organizations in their digital transformation through data-driven and sustainable solutions—focused on growth, efficiency, and long-term profitability.
